Je vais te raconter l’histoire de Gabi, le petit lion.

Let me tell you a story about Gabi, the little lion.

Un jour, Gabi voulait aller dehors… mais il pleuvait.

One day, Gabi wanted to go outside… but it was raining.

Il a rugi, grogné, tapé des pattes. Il était en colère.

He roared, stomped, and growled. He was angry.

Sa maman lui a dit :

His mommy told him:

« Tu es fâché, tu aurais voulu aller jouer dehors. C’est plate quand on ne peut pas faire ce que l’on veut. »

“You’re angry, you really wanted to go play outside. It’s tough when we can’t do what we want.”

« Fais sortir ta colère et on respirera ensemble dans un instant. Je suis là, je le sais que ce n’est pas facile. »

“Let your anger out, and we’ll breathe together in just a moment. I’m here, I know it’s not easy.”

« Je reste avec toi pendant que tu vis cette tempête. »

“ I’ll stay with you while you ride through this storm.”

Alors Gabi a pris une grande inspiration avec sa maman…

So Gabi took a deep breath with his mommy…

Et sa tempête a commencé à s’apaiser.

And his storm began to calm.
